I've only used the online shop for an order. I have to say the staff answered my questions promptly & thoroughly. I must have emailed 4/5 questions back & forth and they were great.
I purchased an antique platinum wedding ring to match my 1920's engagement ring and it was dispatched the same day.
When the ring arrived I was blown away, it was stunning. I had never seen anything remotely near the quality and condition I was looking until this purchase, it matched my ring perfectly!
I have heard the online stock is a tiny fraction of what they have in their shop. I would love to visit from Hampshire one day!
