Dreadful service - clothing ruined!

Both in customer & the repair service they ruined 2 out of 3 items taken in. Firstly they don't show any prices on display.. Secondly, they put the cheapest lightweight zip in which was too long for the coat so it doesn't lie flat/buckles and the zipper itself is so lightweight it's ridiculous. Made an expensive puffer coat cheap looking.
Lastly and most importantly they ruined a £50 pair of jeans. After carefully choosing the denim patch that we wanted to show thru the already present designer rip, they managed to sew the whole rip up without any new denim showing thru! Why on earth would you do that when the piece of denim serves no purpose!! It just made them bulky and stiff and impossible to wear with one leg shorter than the other!! They have unpicked their mistake but as they have trimmed off all the designer rip tear and strands they have ruined the jeans.
Many months of communications,,the owner offered a £15 refund when they have ruined the jeans! Avoid at all costs!

Took my dress here last year only to find out that it wasn’t done properly like they had promised. Only just got married so can only just leave this review now.

My dress was supposed to be taken up and my bridal belt added to my dress only to find out months down the line this actually wasn’t done as the lady that altered my bridesmaids dresses asked to have a look at mine and see what they had done. They actually went as far as not taking any length off at all and pulling it all up tucking it under my bridal belt.

Please bear in mind I paid a lot for the alterations that actually wasn’t completed but looked like it was this is shocking but was later fixed properly by someone that specialises in bridal gowns.

Please be very weary who you let alter your bridal gowns please go to someone that Specialises in this only as you could be paying for nothing to be done just like me.

Brilliant service - highly recommend.

Brilliant service - highly recommend. As an ex fashion insider I have to say seamstress Anna's tailoring is spot on. I have had several things altered and the result did not disappoint. They have a couple of changing rooms and the personal service and advice they give makes you feel confident that they know what they are doing. I picked up my retro dress today after having the shoulders lifted and taken in -- it's now a perfect fit! Very pleased.
