The Aisle - Bridal Hair & Makeup

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to The Aisle for providing my hair and make up, five bridesmaids hair and make up and my mums make up for my special day last month. The service that yourself provided from start to finish was brilliant. You were always very quick to reply to emails and professional. Could you please pass on my thanks to Laura for doing our hair. As someone who has very fine hair I have always been worried about it lasting until the reception but Laura did a great job and it lasted well into the small hours of the morning! Nykola provided all of us with our make up and it looked amazing. As a group of girls who don’t wear make up very often there is always a concern that it will look too much but Kylie was amazing! I received so many compliments throughout the day and could not have been happier. Laura and Kylie made our morning very relaxing and enjoyable and even had us ready early! Will pass on the Aisle’s details to any future brides!

My advice would be to avoid this hair stylist.

I have been extremely disappointed with my interaction with Kylie.

Her communication throughout has been terse and unfriendly, with no thought as to the stress and disappointment I was under, whilst other suppliers were far more supportive. When my wedding was cancelled due to COVID, she sent an automated reply asking to pay another deposit, and informing me that prices were increasing. When we couldn't reschedule, she declined to refund my £100 deposit.

Her communication has also been full of errors, and I lost confidence that she would be able to fulfil the contract.

I think it is important to have someone warm and friendly with you on your big day, and this has not been my experience with Kylie, and from other reviews, it hasn't been other people's either.

Book elsewhere. Compassion is more important than greed.
