The Aerial Man

Mark has done an amazing job of setting up CCTV for us at short notice this week. He sourced excellent kit and installed it very professionally. We could not have been happier with the result. He was very friendly and helpful, explaining all the technical aspects of it and following up with us to see how we were getting on. I was not surprised as he has done satellite tv installation for us before and did a great job then too. I would highly recommend.

I would like to fully praise the caring and professional attitude of employee William who most efficiently delivered the contracted service and ensured that complete customer satisfaction was in place before departure.
He demonstrated sound knowledge and explanation of the task, had a calm and pleasant manner throughout and has the patience to listen as well which not all technicians do unfortunately.
On departure he told us not to hesitate should any further problems occur which was clearly not a lack of confidence in his work but importantly was a reassurance that he cared and wanted us to be happy with his work.
Needless to say the service provided has been a complete solution to the satellite system and was completed as per the estimate cost and in good time.
