A short note to thank your team Joe Goulding and Lawrence for making such a splendid job of my very challenging design for our stained windows!
The panes were fitted so professionally and Joe is an ambassador for your company!
As for Lawrence, I am surprised Rochester Cathedral haven’t tried to poach him from you – what a clever artist who interpreted my requirement beautifully!

Its so good to find a family firm who still hold customer values as their first priority. I am going to recommend Thamesview to the world!!

Terrible service

Have used Thameside Windows four times. On each occasion they have given an excellent service. No messing with pricing, someone comes to your house, listens to your requirements, suggests the correct product and then sends you the price. No haggling just a realistic price without the performance of “If you order today the price reduces” or “I’ll ‘phone my manager for a discount”. Once accepted a surveyor comes and measures and then the windows are fitted. The gutters have always been very professional and tidy. Cannot praise them enough - price, service, quality, after service, cannot be faulted. Any questions you just call them or visit there office/workshop in Cross Lane East, Gravesend.

Thameside Windows have just completed fitting for us. 2 big bays, 4 windows and a new front door. Couldn't be beaten on price, high quality product and the fitting and finishing was second to none. A local company that give that bit more in service. Kirk & Kev the fitters get 5 stars from me. Above and beyond, nothing was an issue, professional, courteous and clearly masters of their game. We are over the moon with the finished product and wouldn't hesitate, in fact would highly recommend Thameside. Thanks guys!

Very happy with the company. They were not 'pushy' when it came to selling windows. A guy came round to ask what we wanted, measure up and give us one price. No messing around. The two guys who fitted the windows were polite and professional. They made a good job. Very pleased with the product and workmanship. They cleaned up as the went. The guys seemed happy to help with what we wanted.
