Stay Away! If things go wrong, this company will not be your champion. They will not admit their errors and will not support you as a customer. I recently extended my kitchen and used Thames Windows and Doors to purchase Velfac windows. The customer service I received from them, for an order well over £10k, was beyond disappointing. They mismanaged expectations on delivery dates (ruining my build schedule by a month), they didn’t order the cills and they refused to admit any culpability. It has cost me hundreds of extra £ to correct their mistakes. While the windows themselves are great, I would use any other supplier than them to get Velfac, not this company.

 Thames Windows installed new sash windows at our property. The customer service from start to finish was faultless. They were extremely helpful in helping us decide which windows to go for without trying to upsell as some other companies did. The work they did was brilliant and the team was extremely professional. The windows are top quality and the pricing was very fair (we got a range of quotes). They were also flexible on dates which was extremely useful for us. We are so pleased that we went with this company and we would highly recommend them!

I decided to use Thames Windows and Doors as they were recommended to me by a family member. They made the whole process so easy and straightforward and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. The install team were very friendly and everything looks amazing! I would highly recommend them.
