I cannot praise TVT enough.

When my fridge/freezer suddenly stopped working, I could hardly believe it when Susie said they could offer a same-day replacement. Roy and Josh duly arrived in a couple of hours and set everything up, including the door reversal. All was done with such professionalism, respect for my home, good humour and kindness.

I am recommending this company to everyone as you will not get better personal service anywhere, I'm sure of that, and their pricing is very competitive.

I hope you can understand just how relieved I felt at having found you, TVT, and to be on the end of such reassurance and exceptional service. No food was spoilt either because of your quick response - yet another plus! My grateful thanks once again to you all.

rang the store was told both items were in stock . I told them I would pick them up from the shop I also asked them if they could take all the packaging off and just shrink wrap them for me which was no problem they also lent me a blanket to protect my car when they loaded it in for me . Excellent customer service with great price would highly recommend
