Kevin from Thames Tree Services came highly recommended to us from several neighbours who he’d worked for previously. Kevin is very friendly and came out the same week to give a quotation. He clearly has an array of experience and knowledge and advised us on the best course of action to help maintain and revive a few trees which were diseased as well as prune some other overgrown trees.

After accepting Kevin’s competitive quote he personally returned a few weeks later with his men to carry out the work. They did an exceptional job reducing and pruning some trees as well as removing dead over a public side path. They removed all debris and left the property and our neighbours clean and tidy (probably cleaner than before).

We are delighted with the work they carried out and we now have so much more light coming through into the garden and into the house. Very professional and highly recommend.

These are the best tree surgeons around. They have removed several huge trees from my garden and when they leave you wouldn't know they have been they leave it so tidy, in fact often bettter than before they started the work.
They are also incredibly polite I would recommend them 100%.

We were recommended to Thames Tree Services by a friend and are very pleased we used them. We needed a huge fir tree in a tricky position behind our summer house removing as it was pushing over our boundry wall and touching overhead power cables. Thames Tree services removed it with no problems and came fully and safely equipped for the job. Alot of work had to be done from our neighbours garden and they commented on how effeciently and tidily the job was done. Very impressed, highly recommend and will use these guys again.

We recently had our tree altered on our driveway that was intruding onto the path and scratching our cars. Thames tree services were very good with communicating with ourselves and organising a date with us for the work to be completed. They we’re very sensible considering the lockdown rules to keep themselves and customers safe. We’re so pleased with our tree now and they did exactly as we wanted. It really is not a review I would ever wish to leave however It is incredibly important that any prospective client has full, honest and balanced reviews to aid in making a decision when requiring the services of Kevin & the team. After using Kevin about 4 years ago for a fairly substantial domestic job we were left very pleased with the whole service he provided. So 4 years later when more tree work was required he was invited to quote again, we agreed a price and shook on the job/price. Over 3 months and many un returned calls later I finally manged to speak to him to express that I would really appreciate the job to be carried out at the earliest opportunity as mutually agreed. He informed me that the price agreed was now not enough and that he would not do the job unless the price was increased. All I expected was that he be honest with integrity to his handshake and word. To leave the client over 3 months with no intention of doing the job as agreed is completely unacceptable !
