Thames Rubbish Clearance

Amazing service from this Environment Agency licensed company, for which I received a formal invoice and waste transfer details, upon completion of the work.
We needed to have a one bedroom flat emptied after a family bereavement, and from our initial email contact with Marc, all responses have been friendly and professional.
When we were ready for the work to be completed we just emailed photos of the items to be cleared to him, at which point he was able to finalise a price, which we found very competitive.
When I then spoke to Marc to book the date, he was very understanding, especially to our needs of the flat being in a block for the elderly and appreciated the sensitivity of this.
On clearance day, Marc and his friendly team arrived at the time arranged and adhering to all Covid rules, efficiently, professionally, quietly and very quickly had the flat cleared.

I needed a house cleared in Isleworth. Mark visited to give an estimate, which I accepted. Four days later they arrived on time with two people from a charity who selected anything that could be sold or used to help people in need meanwhile the others proceeded to take out the old furniture etc. They even vacuumed the rooms after they had been emptied which was far more than I expected. By the end the house was totally clear and looking as spick and span as any house which has been lived in for 50 years could be expected to look. I was impressed - I even discussed The Times crossword with one of the team - amazing!

Good guys, came round for an estimate within a couple of days and once price was agreed they carried out the work within hours. Will be using them again.

I called Thames Rubbish Clearance in the morning they arrived at lunchtime they beat both previous quotations, removed all my garden rubbish swiftly & swept up too.
