Giant spring broken on vintage Henderson up and over wooden door

Both Alex and Duncan were very knowledgeable and gave very good advice. The broken spring was carefully replaced with an identical one. Both springs were adjusted to give the right tension. At the same time Duncan adjusted my automatic door raiser belt as it was sagging. Thank you for the prompt, professional and friendly service. I am very happy to recommend them

I’m very happy with the service, very efficient. I had a garage lock changed which was done same day I asked for it, and very professionally. Great value for money, Duncan and Alex were very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

Great stress free service. Highly recommend.

First rate service. Very punctual. Gave us a time and turned up on the dot. Quoted a price, and that's what we paid. The repair was done very quickly. I was very pleased with this service and would definitely recommend. If I have any issues in the future wouldn't hesitate to call on them.

We needed a new garage door for a very wide old door. Alex was so helpful and gave us a couple of options and lots of good advice. We were delighted with the job he and his team did. Great service, high quality door and really nice people to boot!

EXCELLENT JOB AND SERVICE

My neighbour put me onto Thames Garage Doors. He's very fussy about his tradesmen, so I knew coming from him it was a good recommendation. Alec came and did the survey, measuring etc. and was very personable and profession and today he was back with Duncan to fit the new door and they did a tremendous job.

Very pleased with their service and more than happy to pass on the recommendation.
