I am pleased to give a review for Thames Audio Visual because I have been a client for many years. Mr Bobby Chohan is very efficient in running the business and as an older person not very confident with technology I appreciate his patience and clarity. just recently he supplied me with a much needed SONY SMART TV and as part of the service spent time getting me used to the controls. he also looks after my PC when needed. I have recommended him to several friends and they have always been pleased. So finally I would say TAV deals considerately and honestly with clients.

I cannot speak highly enough of Thames Audio Video. My Cambridge Sonata CD30 CD player was without power and had been written off by the manufacturer who no longer stocks parts to fix the discontinued model. Thames Audio Video were indicated to me by a reputable retailer who advised that the only solution would be a component level repair. I took the unit along to Bobby and his engineer for examination, along with a non-functioning DVD. Having paid a reasonable deposit, I was given a firm and fair quote to fix both items and the assurance of a robust repair. I was given excellent customer service by Bobby who kept me informed and updated throughout the repair process. The CD player and DVD were delivered back in March and April respectively, and now 5-6 months later in September both continue to work as new. I am delighted and would not hesitate to recommend Thames Audio Video to anyone looking for audio-visual equipment repair.
