TGT Boiler Services

I just wish I could give TGT Boiler Services more stars. The service was excellent. Tom is honest, reliable, professional and he will try his very best to accommodate the customer while ensuring the work is done to the highest standard. We wouldn't use anyone else.

I was put in touch with TGT and Tom via a mutual friend when I ran out of oil a lot quicker than I should have. He was out to investigate the problem very quickly, rectified the problem (going above and beyond) and his service was top notch- also at a reasonable price.
Tom is likeable and technically bright, one part carpenter, one part engineer and one part electrician - at one stage he was sawing wood, investigating and the fixing the boiler and then identifying and fixing a faulty fuse.
I would highly recommend him on a professional and personality level.

TGT Boiler services called out at very short notice to deal with a boiler that was cutting out and therefore not heating the radiators or hot water. Very pleased when the problem was diagnosed quickly and parts were obtained and fitted within 24hrs. Always good to see a tradesman clean up after himself. Very competitive prices and would highly recommend. Would definitely use again.

Tom was efficient, helpful, friendly and knowledgable.
