I`m really surprised to see so negative respond for that agency. I personally am very pleased of the families that they referred me to in this so vulnerable field as childminder, mothers help , au pair ,nanny and etc. If I have to be fair this job is not easy and most of the girls are not paid enough and poorly treated.
I personally have worked afterword as a school assistant and think most of the parents are making claims over nothing .
Please start to be more realistic and learn that they must be independent from very young stage.

Very bad experience. Our new nanny walked out after 1 week and TGNC did not refund our fees.

I would rate this as 0 stars if that was an option. We used this agency last summer. They sent us a couple of au pairs that proved to be totally unreliable, had no experience it transpired with kids and had to be prompted at every stage. When the replacement was finally sourced they had failed to amend the advert that we had previously discussed and agreed. We ended up with no childcare for a time and had to pay extra benefits because of their mistake. When the new au pair arrived, we had multiple confrontations, one of which they accused my child of stealing their glasses and another instance where I came home to the au pair shouting at my daughter whilst she was crying her eyes out. We eventually asked them to leave. I feel like our fees were a wasted cost as the au pairs that were sent were unreliable, unqualified and incompetent. Stephanie did not behave in a way which I thought catered for the service that we were paying for.
