TGI Friday's

All was OK until we got the bill. I said to my wife before looking at it that we would be overcharged. Sure enough, we were. There was a 'mistake' on the bill in their favour. Always is.

TGI Friday's

Well once again this is a chain that I am reviewing so as I have said before, if you have been to one you have been to them all! Although that doesnt detract from the fact that TGI's offers a great meal at reasonable-ish prices (for Central London!). A meal for 3 of us with drinks last month come to £70, so about £23 each so not bad for the West End.
It is worth checking out the TGI website as sometimes they have offers during the week such as 3 courses for £15.95 (ergo: very reasonable!).
The food is typical American fanfare - burgers, steaks, ribs etc, and offer huge portion - definitely share the starter garlic bread if you have some! The cocktails are fantastic in here especially the ones with real Oreo's in!
The reason I have chosen to rate this TGI's is that unlike the one in Covent Garden where you will have to wait for up to an hour in peak times, you are more likely to get a seat here as it is down a side street away from the main action of it all so well worth a look!

Exactly what it says on the tin!

Exactly what you would expect from TGIs - American diner type food, booths, steaks, cocktails, American style interior, over-friendly staff. However, the point of this review is to mention the Jack Daniels sauce! Had it for the first time about a month ago at TGIs, Covent Garden and can't wait to go back! It was fantastic! Apart from that - had a good night and didn't mind the extortionate bill at the end!
But still, my favourite thing about TGIs - the cocktails - simply amazing!
