I dropped my strimmer off to be repaired as it wouldn’t stay idle I had to keep the throttle down for it to stay on. I left it I think 6 or 7 weeks before I called to chase up what was going on with it, I was told the string had been replaced but it still wasn’t working as it should, I would get a call back. I then had to call again to find out after not hearing, they would do something else then I would get a call back on the Monday, that never happened I had to call again on the Wednesday to chase up. After being told it would cost somewhere around £200 to fix it properly and waiting so long I decided to collect it and pay for the work already done. So I collected today, paid my £50, went to the car and realised a the part was missing from the head, the guy went to the workshop to find it, came back twice with two different parts. Neither of which was mine, in the end I’d had enough and just left, so I’ve waited the best part of two months and paid £50 for a repair I can’t use now
