Tesco Mobile

I went to the mobile shop today fully expecting to come away with the news that the Monqi app I have for my 13yr old which links our phones and helps me to keep her safe was beyond repair and there was not another alternative which would enable me to monitor and ensure her safety. It has to be said that all the staff without exception at Tesco Mobile Roborough are always very kind and helpful. I am so useless with technology it's embarrassing and today, Adam especially needs a mention because he investigated the situation and to my complete surprise found that he could get us up and running again, which he did. He has the patience of a saint. I cannot express how grateful I am and as per usual, it seems the problem was made because I had somewhere along the lines done something I shouldn't have. I'm very relieved and grateful. Thank You very much : )
