Shocking customer service, used their website a few months back with no problem and fast delivery, rang 3 times in 3 days to place an order, first guy said someone would ring back to take payment and arrange delivery... don't know why he didn't do this at the time I rang. Second person hung up on me mid convo, third person seemed to just put the phone down on the desk half way through and started a conversation with someone else, after 4 minutes of listening to them chat I presumed he wasn't coming back to deal with my order.

Obviously too busy to be bothered and clearly not a business that's concerned with customer retention or their business in the future.

Won't be buying from them again.

After visiting their online website at home, I worked out rough cost ( saved a lot £ in comparison) of what I required, and if it was in stock. Smooth plywood 8ft by 2ft cut into My 4 various squared sizes.. par 8 off = 1” by 1” cut to my lengths, planed all round 4 by 4 square, 8 off 33” lengths. I Visited Terrys Timber Regents road on 11-12-20 for the first time and I can’t emphasise enough as I dealt with 6 different people, all were very knowledgeable and professional, Their safety protocols were in place were adhered to. They All understood all of my requirement sizes and each was cut precisely to my specifications. I will Recommend them as the best in Liverpool. All a credit to the Owner / Manager. I am retired Mechanical Engineer who worked for united Utilities for 39 years and understand professional and safety conscious workers and Because of this I recommend and hope they each get a nice Christmas Bonus, as I feel they deserve it. Called to order several items as the website said that they were ALL IN STOCK. Took an hour to answer then, after telling me the first item WASN’T in stock, they just hung up on me. Didn’t even even give me a chance to ask about the other items. Seemed annoyed that I’d even called.

May I suggest / keep your website up to date and have an answer machine that recommends customers check the website before they waist over an hour calling, only to be hung up on. 🤬

excellent service from ordering to delivery.. Guy very helpful on phone with advice ...delivere on day agreed... Delivery guy was fantastic ..it was pouring with rain so he put my delivery in the hall... Keeping social distancing of course.. Thankyou so much to him... Friday L24 delivery
