Matthew was so extremely helpful and patient and offered the best advice; we cannot praise him enough. Even though the store was busy, Matthew showed no signs of stress whatsoever and continued to show various options suitable to her requirements without being pushy or her feeling at all rushed. Five stars is not enough! Im so pleased with my new bathroom that I purchased in its entirity from Terry Reffell in Bridgend. The quality of products is really high. The customer service recieved from them is second to none. I had a problem with my worktop, the first one delivered was damaged, and the second one was a slightly different colour, but Matt at Terry Reffell went out of his way and long story short, sorted it out really quickly. I cant thank him enough. I would highly recommend Terry Reffell and will definately not hesitate to use them again.
