I have worked as a Healthcare Professional helping people for about 20 years and I find my work rewarding and enjoyable.

I am a qualified Clinical and Medical Hypnotherapist and a member of the General Hypnotherapy Council which is the largest professional registration body of Hypnotherapists in the country.

As such, I am bound by their regulations and code of conduct. All clients treatments are dealt with sympathetically and in complete confidence. I constantly update and strive to improve my skills.

Terri came into my life at a time when I was struggling daily with stress, anxiety and grief. Quite soon into the treatment I felt calmer and more relaxed. She enabled me to cope more positively with stressful situations and my anxiety has lessened. As a consequence, I feel more confident and positive about the future. As well as being therapeutic, each session has been an incredibly pleasurable experience.

I would like to say that Hypnotherapy with Terri really made a difference to my day to day life. I found I slept better, mentally stronger, I have much more energy and it helped me in weight loss, thank you Terri you don't know how much you've helped me.
