Tenpin Croydon

Doesn't open on time. States 9am but doesn't open until at least 9.30. Not very impressed overall. If your waiting for a movie or restaurant it's a timesink but not recommended other than that.

What a s.... T hole went there with kids long que under staffed asked to get prices as spent over 30 pounds. And the que is long no one to serve. Absuleyly rubbish

I organised my daughter's 6th birthday party at Tenpin Croydon and it was a disaster due to poor customer service and 1 of our lanes not working. We had booked for 12 pm; we were moved up and down the lanes for half an hour, as no staff member seemed to know where we were supposed to play; squash was supposed to be available at the start of the game; instead it served at the end, despite me asking for it several times. Also, I had rang the central booking line (there is no number to call the Ten Pin Croydon centre directly) and I was told that I would certainly be provided with plates, forks and napkins to serve the cake. Instead, after repeatedly having to ask for them, I was told that they don't have plates at all, only napkins. Although I complained throughout this sad experience, no member of staff ever came around in the two hours we played there to ask how we were doing. After the party, I complained once again to the manager, and I only received a £10 refund ( I had paid £150).
