My disappointment runs deep due to the inadequate experience my son and I encountered. Despite initial assurances and promises regarding my son's development, the nursery failed to uphold their commitments and retained funding intended for his education following his departure from their facility. Its intolerable that they opted to withhold the funding designated for my son despite his no longer being enrolled at their establishment. This not only raises suspicions regarding their financial practices but also demonstrates a blatant disregard for the intended purpose of the funding. Inconsistency in their approach and communication only served to intensify our dissatisfaction. Our tenure was characterized by unmet assurances, a lack of evident progress, and a failure to prioritize my son's education and well-being. I advise prospective parents contemplating enrollment at this nursery to exercise caution and thoroughly scrutinize their alternatives before making a decision.
