Excellent Service ! Paul arrived with 30 minutes of my original call and quickly ascertained where the problem lied. Luckily , he had a replacement part available and was able to fit. Paul was very helpful and even explained and sorted out some unrelated tv issues for me. Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Paul with a query to fit a TV aerial in our loft, from the word go Paul couldn't be more caring friendly and happy to advice on what could potentially be done, we arranged an appointment and again very friendly, one of the most genuine person I have met in a long time, he gave me an estimated cost, agreed on the work and he professionally installed the aerial and made sure all 3 TV points worked perfectly. I couldn't be happier with the work he had done for us, all 3 TVs are working perfectly. Massive thanks to Paul and his great work, will not hesitate to recommend his services to family, friends or anyone! Beyond 5 start to me. Many thanks Paul.

Very disappointed that a seemingly professional tradesman agreed to do a job and failed to arrive

I called the owner for a quote to refix an aerial based on recommendations. He attended, was very polite and seemed professional.
He was prompt in sending me a quote which I agreed to and he then supposedly ordered the parts. He said he would pick up the parts on the Friday and do the repair Monday/Tuesday the next week. He never arrived despite me sending a text reminder.
The following Friday I texted to say that I assumed he wasn't coming back.......I got a one word text that just said SORRY.

Totally unprofessional and unreliable
