Vicky helped me tremendously through a tricky time with a family member.
She taught me how, through good communication and assertiveness, I could turn my thinking around enabling me to manage situations and conversations in much more of a positive and beneficial way.
Vicky’s advice and professionalism is outstanding. She advised many different strategies and through her counselling I also discovered strengths and weaknesses within myself that I could really work on.
She also had a wealth of knowledge of literature and helpful websites and apps that I could refer to in addition to her support.
Vicky offered telephone counselling which suited me as I could find a quiet time and space within my own home and I also liked the idea of an initial free 20 minute ‘taster’ session. From thereon there were several different options of payment.
I would highly recommend Vicky for any person wanting to have relationship counselling in a professional yet warm and non-judgmental way.

Amazing councillor!

Vicky was amazing! She helped me feel at ease from the first session. We worked through alot of deep issues and allowed me to come to realisations naturally. She offered a different perspective on situations to allow me to see things from the other side. I have learnt to understand the reasons behind my feelings and process them. I couldn't have come so far without her.

Vicky was recommended by a friend after I shared that I had put off seeking therapy for years due to fear of not feeling comfortable or safe to share. I felt instantly at ease with Vicky and this was never called into question for the 6 months we worked together.
The difference I felt in those 6 months was remarkable and I felt so incredibly confident and ready to start tackling life on my own!
Vicky understood that I feared vulnerability and would easily put up walls, so she never pushed but instead allowed depth to be found naturally and organically. I am still constantly reflecting on the realisations that we came to together and feel able to use them to challenge my thought processes when triggered by/struggling with something.
Working with Vicky was truly transformative for me and has made such a huge difference. I would recommend her to anyone who is nervous of therapy and the vulnerability required.

An outstanding counsellor who provided effective emotional support through a very difficult period.

Vicky and I worked together for over a year. She helped me to get through my separation and divorce, and to rebuild myself afterwards. I found her compassion, advice and assistance exceedingly valuable, and I'm sure that it would have taken me much longer (and would have been a far more arduous journey) if I had not been able to call on Vicky for perspective, guidance, advice and support. I cannot recommend Vicky strongly or loudly enough.
