We have worked with Apple Computers for nearly 40 years, starting with the Apple ][ which was introduced in 1977. We are passionate about all things Mac, and having spent so much time working on Macs over the years, we've experienced virtually every problem that can occur on them and know the fixes.

We offer a remote IT support service, which means we connect to your computer over the Internet; you retain complete control of your computer throughout, and we can talk through your issues and how they are being fixed on the phone while the work is done. Remote technical support means there is no need for anyone to visit you. Local clients can choose to bring their Mac to us if they prefer.

We offer our specialist Mac computer software support Monday through Saturday, including holidays, plus emergency calls only on Sunday and help anyone from novice to expert with many problems.

Using our services is simple. Just choose the service you need from the front page of our website. If you can't see exactly what you want, email or give us a call telling us the problem, and we will quote a price and make an educated guess as to how long the job will take. We'll do the job for the price quoted, and if it takes longer than first thought, we won't charge any more. After all, you're paying for the problem to be fixed, not for how long it takes to fix it. When we're done, we often can't resist offering to fix other minor problems we've spotted during our work at no extra cost.
