I have recently employed the services of TEHY care on behalf of my elderly mother and sister who live together and both of whom have very reduced mobility Everyday tasks have become increasingly difficult and it was obvious that they were no longer able to live alone without assistance I was immediately struck by the respectfulness and interest that they showed, talking to them both individually to assess their needs Having agreed a care package, the team has visited daily since and has proven an absolute god send I have even added a couple of tasks into the original care package and nothing is too much trouble for them Had I known the transition was going to be this easy, I would have instigated it far sooner I feel confident that their needs are being put first and that they are comfortable and happy I work full time and know that I can rely on the TEHY team to provide an excellent level of care I have no hesitation at all in recommending them as a professional caring ethical agency

as soon as i opened the door to the Tehy care representative, i knew i was on to something good. she had a fantastic personality, polite, listened well and was very professional, we worked on my care plan together as i felt i was not yet ready to go into a care home and enjoyed my independence at home, they did just that promoted my independence, be it that i needed a carer whilst on holiday they always provide without fail, and the carers feel more like family. what a well run company. with management always on hand 24/7.

After my initial meeting with a representative i was already feeling confident and very happy with my choice of company for my care.However i never imagined my Health care assistant would do such a thorough job for the price! she is always happy,smiling and a good conversationalist whenever she comes round for my care visits. nothing is ever too much trouble.Thank you so much!
