I highly recommend TED D property first of all I’d like to thank amanda she has constantly proven herself to be loyal and helpful and always there for my needs . She is able to communicate with people . She’s always professional kind and generous. I am pleased to have amanda as my landlord it is clear to me as i hope to you all theres no better than amanda she has taken her responsibilities seriously and i am impressed thankyou once again.

I have found Amanda to be a fair and considerate landlord. Easy to contact and very respectful when dealing with tenants. I mention this because the previous landlord wasn't. He entered flats without notice with little or no regard to the feelings of his tenants. Even tried to invent hidden charges like £50 for a contact renewal. I had originally moved here from a shared house property under a very unscrupulous landlord. Landlord at the place I am now new this and mentioned it whenever I mentioned my issues with him. Note I am referring to the previous land lord before Amanda.. Whom like I said has been very respectful an considerate. Breath of fresh air so to speak but in more a case of having a model Landlord for the first time since 1997. You could a lot worse use Amanda as the rule by which that other landlords should aspire to be. God knows I have been very relieved with the way Amanda has been dealing with me and the other tenants. The nightmare Landlord now just a memory.
