Very knowledgable, honest and fair. I have been using Tech-Village for a several years. Yesterday it was a printer issue, Patrick persevered, found the problem and solved it. Over the years he has given my elderly Mac book a new lease of life, checked and changed batteries. Given me good advice on my iPad. I bought a second hand iPhone, he transferred all my data from my old phone, really pleased. I highly recommend this friendly and trustworthy business.

Exceptional family business- go the extra miles for the customer , fair price and in depth knowledge

Exceptional stand out and professional service . I took my 'crushed 'lap top to Patrick on a morning and immediate response was no problem , leave it with me . I returned later with a new laptop and am back a day later using my new laptop with all my data restored and more .

Patrick called me as promised , kept me updated and took all of the stress out of the process. He understood how worried I was and was reassuring and clear as to what was able to do. On collecting it today he took extra time to explain access to a number of apps, downloads , favourites and set up a new bar with favourites for ease of access. To cap it all he then presented me with the invoice which was so reasonable and said it was only couple of hours labour , and I know it was not due to communication I have had over past 12 short hours. FABULOUS a very professional , friendly , concerned family business , they will go out of their way for you.

I had two Macs, one with all my music on but unable to update my phone and iPad, and another which needed attention, had no content but was younger and so able to update. Patrick fixed the newer Mac and transferred the music from the older Mac. I am now able to update my iPhone to a newer, safer model and still play my songs (over 8000) in the car. Thanks Patrick, job well done!

Brilliant experience.

Despite not being able to repair my broken laptop, Patrick was extremely helpful and courteous so I will not hesitate to use Tech-Village again.
