We were visiting Norfolk last Friday when our alternator failed in a tiny unnamed country lane. It was very stressful until along came Gary from Tears garage in answer to our recovery call. He was a friendly, professional, caring young man. It was as a result of his caring nature, that Tears garage were able to repair our car (while we waited in their immaculate premises), allowing us to continue with our break away. We cannot recommend this company highly enough for the service that they provided whilst being very competitively priced. We feel that we were very lucky to have had the support of Tears that day.
