Well my first experience of this store was 8 years ago, when i purchased my living room sofa and chair from Raymond. who I found to be very helpful and advised me to the correct product so much so that I had a spring break, I had a ten year warranty called the store, and No trouble to come out to take it away and send it to be repaired, Raymond went the extra mile and provided us with two seat untill we had our sofa returned. and just this year again 8 years on felt that on of the cold cure cushions were sagging called sent pictures and less that 2 weeks we had not one but two cushion. AMAZING after 8 years service is still next to none, Ann Marie and all staff great customer service, i cant thank them enough
and I guess my next sofa will be back to Taylors Furniture store

Excellent service ! Was shown mattresses and beds . Manager happy to keep bed until I’m ready for it to be delivered . Ordered taken yesterday , paid today no hassle . Absolutely nothing was a problem .

I bought a mattress from Taylor’s which subsequently didn’t suit. Despite the challenges posed by lockdown and regardless that they was not duty bound to replace the mattress, when the shop opened up Taylor’s welcomed me in. I chose an alternative which was delivered to my home address within the hour with the previous mattress being taken away for return. I am delighted with the new mattress and the helpful attitude provided by the shop. I would recommend this family run business.
