A brilliant service, I lost my phone in the taxi and they were very supportive and helped me to contact the driver and arranged for my phone to be returned to me. The supervisor on the app called Mike was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me to locate my phone and arrange for the return.

Booked a taxi on the 19th October turned up on time, didnt even get on the way as the driver said he wanted the fare upfront. I have never paid my fare upfront for a local journey, been using taxifirst for over a year now to get to and from work. Driver and company left a woman on her own who suffers with anxiety to get another taxi using a different company wont using taxifirst anymore
