Both our male & female Massage therapists offer this very effective treatment. Rhythmical manual pressure stretches your muscles, relieving fatigue, tension and anxiety. It stimulates your circulation to promote lymphatic drainage to help harmful toxins release from your body.

As we increasingly spend time at our computers and phones more and more people are suffering from neck pain and neck tension related headaches. This is a wonderful treatment that works the shoulders, neck and head with some gentle pressure to the face (if required).

Smooth water-heated stones are used with Deep Tissue and traditional Swedish Massage techniques to help warm and relax tired and overworked muscles. The warmth of the stones helps to penetrate deep into the muscle layers helping to melt away tension, ease stiffness and increase circulation.

Ultrasound therapy uses specialised equipment to warm up specifically targeted areas of tissue giving a deeply warming effect to aid recovery. Gel is used on the skin to reduce friction and aid transmission of ultrasonic waves which can help muscles, tendons and ligaments.

Sports taping with Kinesiology tape is a technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion.

Regular client for last 2 years - would highly recommend

I have been receiving Massage treatment here for just over two years and have had regular treatments from both Kimberley & Suresh. They both provide a firm and effective massage and both seem to know exactly which areas need working on without me having to tell them. Suresh provides very good Sports Massage with advice on stretches and Kimberley is great for Deep Tissue, Hot Stones and neck/scalp massage for headaches. If you're looking for a decent massage that you can feel is doing you good, then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them both.
