Please be advised of the charges from this company. I had a small leak on a pipe and for a 2 hour job I was charges £192. £75 for the first hour, £65 for each hour after, (and £20 for a washer and a squirt of sealant). I questioned the price and received the following answer: "This was a relatively normal type of job for us and this was a normal charge. We carry out this type of repair at this cost many times a week, with no complaints. I suggest that in future you ask for an estimated cost prior to instructing work." The leak was fixed (hence 2 stars and not 1) but the price compared to any other plumber I have ever used was staggering. It is essential to obtain a quote prior to instructing this company.

Came to service my boiler but was so helpful as I was cold in my attic room....the guy went and bled my radiators and put my boiler pressure up....was so helpful and has made a huge difference....thank you ! I shall be recommending you for sure !

Very happy bunny!

Amazing response when we were let down by the boiler company after a service that clearly was not done well. Water leaking into the electrics tripping the RCD led to a few days with no heating or hot water while we tried to get the company to sort. Taunton Gas were brilliant. Quick, effective service, very professional and friendly. Totally put us at ease and tried to find times to suit our busy work schedules. Would recommend to everyone! Thank you so much for all your help!

From quoting to fitting a new boiler the service was excellent. I was made fully aware of all the works needed, all my questions were answered and the quote was very competitive. The works were completed on time and all the debris removed and everything left in a good clean condition. The service I received was professional and to a high standard. I will be recommending Taunton Gas to friends and family. Job well done!
