Tate Fencing

Unfortunately the shed leaked.Additional fixes/leaks after this point.Appreciated the attempts as such and we were then advised that a full replacement would be built/installed.At this point I would’ve been ok with a discussion/refund/return but this was not raised and on the basis I needed a shed; these things happen(?), a replacement had been built and general goodwill we were happy to have a replacement.Received email following on from the replacement confirmation to say they had a cancellation and could come that day.Let them in, offered a drink etc and left them to it as requested. I then got a knock on the door and was advised that they had taken the shed and they were not going to replace it. I get product faults/repairs happen but the way we were treated was just deceitful and unacceptable. Was also advised that this is a “1 in 100” issue so would expect a replacement to back this statement. Refund received a couple of days later and back to the drawing board. Requested apology

We are super impressed with Tate fencing - from start to finish Trevor @ Hadlow has been brilliant, service second time none, nothing too much trouble and the 16ft Shed we have now got is far superior to any other on the market. Very happy and highly recommended.

Not happy- I too was overcharged, I have been in building and fencing business for over 20 years and used Tate for 15 years, now found out I have been paying more than a male neighbour. You can give all the explanations you like, but discrimination is obvious-Shame on you. I spent £4500 this year and usually spend £20-30,000 on wood-so the loss is yours.

Went into the shop with a rough plan of what size decking I wanted. Tate's worked out all the timber I needed to build the frame with some hand rail. All the screws and everything.
