Tate truck dropped rubble in front of my driveway so i couldn't use my car til it was cleared - by myself. Tate truck parked across my driveway for 3hrs blocking my car on drive.

after unsuccessfully trying several businesses in the north west of england to purchase materials for a relatively simple job, i reverted to using tate fencing for my needs. they were extremely helpful in not only supplying the specialist materials needed but also arranging delivery at the times required, even when goods were delayed by external couriers. tates logistic manger stepped in and made sure we received the materials in good - excellent service from start to finish by the whole team. highly recommended

This is not completely customer related but I hit a massive pot hole and blew a tyre. I rolled into Tate fencing timber yard and the staff really helped me. They made me tea and kept me company while waiting for the tow truck. Really friendly staff. Thank you for your help

We discussed our options for two different types of gate at each side of our property and Jacob guided us through the options and we put our order in. These options were confirmed, made and delivered exactly as agreed. It has been so refreshing to deal with a firm who make products as described, when they say they will, at a fair price and take such care on delivery. We have had to deal with some non professionals while refurbishing our house (some of them not the cheap option either) so it’s great to deal with a competent company. Finally a driver came and removed the pallets for us after we had used them.
