Lacks skills and expertise - very poor service - does not stand by his word
1Did not run through checks when completed the work just said ‘all done’ after 3.5 hours
Charged £140 (paid cash) and still waiting for an invoice despite chasing!
Messaged him 18/3/24 - problem with emails I managed to resolve myself but he did t follow up asking if I had sorted it
Returning from holiday I checked the file transfer 31/3/24 duplicate files and folders, multiple personal accounts - requested a recall - appointment for 5th rearranged to the 6th.
Attended 6th - could t resolve saying ‘I don’t know why it’s done that!’ With me standing over him googling what to do. I asked if he could sort he confirmed not, I asked him for a full refund which he agreed, advised he did not have his bank card on him but would put the cash in the letterbox (Yes I know, silly me but I’m generally trust people)!
He left and changed his mind about the refund refusing what he agreed and now not responding to messages or emails - Rubbish!
