Have been very impressed with Jen's knowledge and experience ,she is very thorough and explains everything clearly . I have been having regular deep tissue massages which have really helped with the pain in my back and neck
I have also been having regular acupuncture sessions with Nicci , she has been very sympathetic to my needs , I would highly recommend both the above .

I had a deep tissue massage with Sisi she was great and even identified a couple of minor issues I was having during the consultation. I left with instant results of reduced neck pain and increased mobility.

Jen has really helped me to understand the issues with my body. I thought it was just one area but I now understand where so many issues have stemmed from. Great service and a detailed review with exercises to do at home.

Jen took time to make notes about symptoms and course of treatment. She also took notes at the end of the session to detail how I had reacted and what we needed to work on next. A packed half hour! She was very pleasant and relaxing to work with and I feel confident that I can make some real progress with some more sessions to be booked later! Thank you Jen! PS - I ran 8km last night [furthest I have been since the start of the summer and ended the run feeling happy, rather than completely exhausted]. Whether it was as a result of the session or a change in my mindset, to slow down a bit more and relax into it, I don't know.

I had been having reflexology treatment with the same person for over 25 years! When she decided to give up practicing at 80, I was really struggling to find another practitioner I felt I could trust! Thankfully after many abortive attempts I was recommended Jen at Target Therapies and haven’t looked back! I have been living with Cancer for over 25 years and truly believe reflexology is why I am still alive and enjoying life to the full! It only works if you have the right practitioner though; not everyone is intuitive!
