Shocking, warranty, what warranty.

Please think carefully before purchasing from Tapi, 15 year warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

We installed Laminate with high UV resistance 3 years ago from Tapi and after 2 years noticed fading by the back doors. Took three months to get a final response from Tapi who concluded it was a localised issue, which we’d already told them. Tapi didn't offer to repair or replace, Tapi said it was because of the sun. The local manager offered for us to buy more at cost price, nothing to do with Tapi central. No solution was offered.

Yes high UV resistance doesn’t mean it’s UV proof but should last longer than 2 years.

Been blocked from their facebook page and twitter for raising this issue.
