Tapi Carpets & Floors

Terrible service. Had a good look around and decided to go with Tapi. Guy turned up and wanted to charge extra for taking up the old carpet that I had not been quoted for. As I did not agree to paying xtra and would have taken up old carpet If I had known. he just drove off and now do not have vinyl fitted. Terrible way to treat customers. Mis quoted and let down badly.

Dont purchase from Tapi, carpet developed fault within 6 months of purchase and they claim theres nothing them or manufacturer can do due to them having 4 years worth of reports. Manager claims with carpets there's no such thing as a warranty but there is a guarantee, then contradicts himself in same sentence saying there's no guarantee.. oh it's somewhere on your receipt Website states Our skilled buying team only select the best quality floors at the lowest price available and all our floors come with a free wear guarantee for peace of mind. Some of our floors carry up to 20 years wear guarantee! And with that claim they'll send someone out to rectify the issue. They sent their own guy out but refuse to send out the manufacturers inspector because I don't have a claim.
