Great work, no complaints

High quality of work undertaken in a speedy fashion, repairing a failed tanking solution done by someone else.
Kept me up to date with what was being done and why, answered any questions I had.
Good value for the works done and I'm confident that the repair works for my basement will last for years to come.

Great quality of work and brilliant communication

We contacted Phil at Tanking UK after the tanking , done by another company, in our basement failed after 6 years.
Phil took time to explain to us, at each stage, what they would be doing and why. He made sure that the problems with the substandard and inadequate drainage were addressed fully.
As unexpected issues arose, he would talk us through it. Phil took photos and videos at all stages and we felt confident in the work being done.
The work was completed in the time frame expected and the quality of work exceeded our expectations.
