T&M Building & Roofing

Quoted for 6 weeks, now 12 weeks! Thursday now and no one been on site all week. Last few weeks they only been on site 2 days a week. Paid a lot of money for extension and we been left we unfinished work.

Was recommended T&M builders by one of my customers and what a find they are !!!!.
From the initial meeting for a quote to Tom and Matt returning after completing the work to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and a final clean up.
T &M had a few unexpected problems during the work but they sorted them out immediately, stayed later to complete the problems, never grumbled and didn't charge any extra to rectify ( which, I think would have been acceptable).
All in all, they were very polite, very professional, very hard working, very reasonable in the pricing and very accommodating, and the workmanship of there work is top notch.
What a find these two chaps are, I would 100% recommend them to anyone and most certainly use them again.

We recently had a kitchen extension completed by T&M building and roofing. This included the removal of a supporting wall, installation of supporting steelwork and the building of an additional block wall and floor system.
We were so impressed with the punctuality, cleanliness and quality of work demonstrated by the lads at T&M . It is so difficult to find tradesmen you can trust....who don’t cut corners....who turn up when they say they will....who complete the job the highest standard, exactly to the specification, satisfying both building regs and the detailed specification provided by a structural engineer.....and they clean up after themselves!
In addition to this, the lads are so easy to get on with and they responded amazingly to any additional requests or changes to the initial request. They are so helpful and they completed the job on time, in full and to the highest quality.
They are also very reasonably priced. We will not hesitate to use T&M again.

Good reliable lads, sorted out a few leaks on my property. Would recommend!
