VW Crafter failure to start

I called TLC due to my VW Crafter failing to start. I had replaced the battery, so knew that wasn't the issue. Laurence attended shortly after I called as he happened to be near by. After explaining the sequence of events that lead to the breakdown, Laurence asked me to turn the vehicle over. After a couple of attempts and failure to start the vehicle, he quickly identified the potential root cause. That being the power steering pump had seized. To confirm this belief, he then removed the auxiliary belt, and then tried the ignition again. The van burst into life. Fantastic. He then listed nearby garages that could replace the pump, belt and tensioner. The vehicle is booked in for the repair. What a fantastic service that TLC provided me. Would certainly recommend. Great job. Thank you so much Laurence.

Couldn’t asked for better service, within half an hour ringing came out fixed the problem to our Ford fusion, excellent customer service, professional, friendly, definitely recommend, kept number for future, definitely use in future.

Amazing!

Really nice man! Called him while at work with a problem with my car and he was there within 20-30 minutes with a friendly face. He then went out brought the parts and fixed my car while I carried on at work the same day!
Always advised me on what he was doing and if there was any addition cost he always confronted me first to make sure I was happy
All in all it was 10/10 on service and cost I will definitely call him first if I have any other problems
