Router Stops Card Machine From Working
When ordering broadband and phone services I explained I would be hooking up a card machine and was assured it wouldn't be a problem. However, the broadband router wouldn't connect to the card payment machine and we could n't take any payments. TalkTalk refused to help stating that they weren't "trained" to do so. Consequently we had to pay a computer engineer to make the system work. Subsequently TalkTalk Business wanted to make things right, but admitted they were unable to help. Selling a product that simply doesn't work is as bad as it gets. You'd be better off with two cans and a piece of string. Buy your business package anywhere else.
