I needed a pair of trousers to be hemmed in rather last minute for a funeral, and they saved the day for me. Got the trousers sorted on the same day. Smiley, professional service at a reasonable cost.

I wish I had read the reviews before venturing out to this establishment. The customer service is variable. The first time when they were less busy, it was great, today the service was terrible.
I was asked to hurry up and get dressed as customers were waiting. I was given feedback on my dress (once altered, then it will be a nice dress) For my second dress, I was told that it was tight and wasn't sitting well. I mentioned that I was going to be losing some more weight before the event in September, to still be asked, "Are you going to lose some more weight?" I think they should have been paying me to listen to their rude quips.. I decided to leave with my dresses and was advised that next time I would be charged a fitting fee. LOL! I don't think she realised how rude and unmannerly she/ and her mother were. I advised that I have never been told by a shop before to hurry up and get dressed, I was advised then that they felt that I was taking long on purpose. How petty.

I've used Taylors Corner services for sometime and always find their service satisfying. Sonata (the lady in charge) always greets you with a smile, the alteration done to a good standard and for a reasonable price.

We've been using these ladies for all our alterations for more than ten years. I do not recognise them from the bad reviews above and reckon those 'reviews' may be from the competition and not "Real" Reviews. Their prices have always been reasonable and their work promptly and well finished.

The Mother and Daughter are rude and have no customer service whatsoever, like the saying goes "like Mother, like Daughter" - I went in to ask how much a tiny job would cost. The price quoted was ridiculous. Daughter chucked my skirt back at me after I said politely "that's too much" telling me to go "do it yourself" then said something in an Eastern European language to her Mother (something rude). The Mother then started to moan about all her bills - they think they can come to this country and try to rip people off. To be honest, they are nice when they want to be. Depends on their moods how they will react with you. Stay clear. They are not as good as they think.
