PPE dress! An unusual ask!

I can't reccomend Taffeta & Chintz enough they were amazing. I contacted them with only 3 weeks to my event having been let down by another dress maker and the service I recieved was amazing especially as my ask was quite unusual. I was having a dress made to support a launch of a new industry leading PPE range and they absolutely delivered. The dress was amazing and all done with such short notice. Totally amazing is all I can say.

Very skilled dress alterations

Christine did a fantastic job with my wedding dress at a very reasonable cost.
I got lots of compliments on my dress and it felt tailor made after Christine's alterations.

First class service

I have been coming to Christine for many years, her dressmaking skills are second to none, I recently asked her to make adjustments to a wedding dress that I brought, after spending many hours on my dress I changed my mind about the style I wanted. Christine was so lovely and understanding and is now working on another dress, I cannot recommend her enough.

Great dressmaker

I needed alteration done on a jacket to wear at a wedding.
This lovely lady did a beautiful job - so professional.
I would definitely recomment her - very enjoyable experience & I'm confident that my jacket looks 100% better.

Efficient patient expert dressmaking skills

I have used Chris on several occasions over the past few years and she has made for me everything from jackets to long evening gowns all of which I have been more than pleased with and have on more than one occasion received very favourable comments from strangers and friends.
She has been easy to work with and makes it very easy when you want to make changes halfway through the make and nothing is too much trouble

I will continue to use her dressmaking skills
