Tablet is run by Toby & Ruth Asker-Browne, and provides a range of services centred on catering, foodservice and customer service. We also specialise in project work and have a unique understanding of the world of adult vocational skills development and qualifications.
Toby is a talented chef, and accomplished manager by trade, and has a professional kitchen in south London. Toby would love to hear from you if you have a food or foodservice issue your business needs help with. Perhaps you need some help with a menu re-launch, or support with a VIP event. Toby also cooks every day for selected partner businesses, and for all our fabulous events as well.
Ruth has been instrumental in vocational skills development, and has an impressive catalogue of projects to her name. She is able to offer a unique understanding of apprenticeships and other adult learning routes.
We also run SpinCycle Sounds, our very own soundsystem which has been rented by schools and charities across London.
