Disgusting service

Speaking of behalf of 12 families, a minibus going to Reading festival with 12 teenagers celebrating their exam results, 3.5 hrs late picking them up and 1.5 hrs late to bring them home, but happy to take their money. You ruined their excitement and many of them ended up camping in the last campsite separated from friends due to your incompetence and 45 minute walk from the music in extremely hot weather conditions.

Absolutely disgusting service, taking liberties of kids who were tired, hungry and extremely hot (30 degrees) on a bank holiday. Your a disgrace to the taxi industry and should be ashamed.

Hi Anne Marie yes the kids had a wait and it was hot on the day and ive said sorry and notified the person who booked the bus that a driver had let me down and i wasnt able to do the times that she asked for over a week before the run. So if anyone wasnt happy then you had plenty of time to make other arrangements. Out or the 12 families your the only person to complain. Yet again it was out of my control. And im sorry again to all involved.

disgrace of a company.
no show off mini bus. no phonecall even took a deposited!!
avoid at all costs.

Hi sorry for bus not turning up. Yes totally my fault but i did give the deposit back and £40 compensation. I no this didnt help on the day And can only apologise again.
