In 2018 - We used TA Tompson - via a recommendation for our residential home extension which included planning drawings and applications to the council.
We found David to be very responsive and communicative and was able to use his extensive knowledge to support and guide me in the process (hand holding) and current planning requirements which assisted in ensuring that the planning application for the home extension was passed and accepted first time by the council.
David was flexible to any changes in the drawings / plan but also advised on these for any concerns relating to current planning regulations.
