Unhappy customer

I hate to give bad reviews but feel I must. Just had our TV repaired. Cost £280 and after having it back we have discovered it has actually been repaired with a second hand part. We were led to believe the part had been ordered from the actual manufacturer not a renovated one. If we had known this we probably wouldn’t have bothered with repair and would have purchased a new TV . I think it needs to be made clear that new parts are not always used .
The staff were approachable and the lady was very polite. However we will never be using this company again

Friendly and Professional TV Repair Service

Many thanks for friendly and professional Samsung 40" TV repair service during lockdown. My set had a red flashing light but no start-up. It is now working perfectly again. I would recommend this company to my friends. My TV repair has a three month guarantee.

Home Cinema Repair

I had an issue with my cinema home system. Mr.Bill explained what the problem was. He carried out the work and gave me a breakdown on what labour he charged and cost of replacing the parts. The work was completed within the time period and upon picking up my system he even had it bubble wrapped to prevent any damage. Great service!!

Brilliant service and lovely people

I have used this company quite a few times now as my family seem to be shocking with technology 😕. The company have been fantastic. Always quick getting the job done and such lovely lovely people too. Highly recommend using t.v link! Thanks guys 😘

Great service

I was having trouble with my Samsung TV switching switching between different sources. I called and by the next day my TV was collected and taken for repair. Great service all round and great price. Would highly recommend. Thank you
