Very, very helpful people

I use Turners for our 2 cars. Last week I asked them to sort a car that had been standing on our drive for 3 years. Within a day or so they had collected it and finished it. The car couldn't have driven better if I had bought it new. They told me exactly what needed doing straightaway and what could wait a little longer. Everything was costed and perfect. Everything about Turners is reliable and professional and I recommend them to you. Peter Fox Shenstone.

Shocking!!!

Do not go near this garage, quoted me £300 to fit a simple part to my car, were going to fit it without agreement from me first, luckily i phoned and told them not to proceed. got the job done for quarter of the price elsewhere, so many better garages in the area even on the same Industrial Estate, Staff not friendly either, could do with some training on how to talk to people.

Rip off merchants

Always took my cars to turners for their mot's then I was told my z4 needed a rear spring they quoted me £360 as they had done one the previous week . Hook it to my mechanic bought new Spring and fitted it for £69 all in. i WIlL NEVER USE TURNERS AGAIN , AVOID!!!!!!!!

I have used Turners since I got my first car ten years ago and would always recommend them. They are professional, always call before doing expensive work to check that's ok. Also as someone who doesn't know much about cars, I'm never made to feel like an idiot or that I'm being fobbed off.
