My insurance company refused to accept my factory fitted Jaguar car alarm. Tom installed an alarm system which was accepted by my insurance company. Service was excellent and on time. Tom also organised all paper work and certificate. I would recommend Tom and use him for future vehicle extras

Tom took on the job of rectifying our 13 pin electrics at really short notice, early on a Saturday morning, he was totally confident of the timescale he could rectify it in and completed the entire job in little more than half of the time that others had quoted for the same service, and whats more he did it to the highest of standards using dedicated parts for our vehicle (which he even had in stock). A totally professional job undertaken by a very thorough, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant engineer - from now on he will solely be looking after all of our towbar-needs across our entire vehicle fleet. A very highly recommended company to deal with. Finally, a big thank you for saving our holiday Tom (we set off tomorrow).

I wanted a tow-bar fitting at my home with vehicle-specific electrics for our new car. Having arranged the fitting by mobile/text, I was very pleased with the service given by the person who came to do the fitting, the amount of time taken to do the work, the testing of the electrics, the time taken to explain to me how to detach and re-attach the neck and the overall price of the work.
The four stars are because I had originally tried to use Yell's contact facility to contact Tom and had no response, but he soon responded when I used the mobile number instead.
